(what is legal and acceptable)
Our Services

Our services provide you (the customer) the opportunity to have and own your website without any contracts, commitments, agreements, or attachments. When we complete your website, you are the sole owner and we (the developer) have no legal rights to or responsibilities for your website.

Content

When assembling your website content (and by content we consider this to be any written text copy, photographic images, or graphic designs), you need to understand that there are restrictions involved. Please be aware that anything you extract from the Internet is generally considered to be copyrighted material. So if you are looking up images or graphics on Google, these are not yours to use unless you have accessed these from a free use site. When you pull anything from the web, make sure you document the origin of the image for future reference. For the most part, your website content should be original.

Unusable Content

If during the course of your website development and launch you find out the the content you provided is not useable, we will terminate the website development project and there will not be any refund provided.

Stock Photography: What can you use?

The one great thing about graphics, images, and content is that there are portals of free or license-free products available on the Internet. The Website Resource will request any documentation of stock images you submit for your website.

Note: The Website Resource has full legal rights to reject the use of any image, graphic, or content that we know or consider to be copyrighted material.
